At animate USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your animate USA account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
